In addition to their private bedroom, the house was planned to allow maximum use of communal space for entertainment. Houses spans four floors, from basement to attic floors each have different demands of the program. Therefore, we derived a formal strategy that celebrates the layered vertical spaces, making the transition from one level to the next experience. Red boxes, mostly private homes on the upper floor, levitates above the ground layer, leaving an open space for landscape. Basement is structured as a geological formation abstracted, an outcrop where the rest of the building sits. The opening of the center to the basement to show itself as a chasm that separates the 25m-lap pool and full-length films such as caves and billiards lounge.More
