Houses Perched on a Rocky Outcrop Overlooking the Sea.

Wall is located only where absolutely necessary for privacy or the structure and treated as a monolithic element. Stone cladding dominates, rooting at the site and visual home that connects with the rocky bay.
Regions of the houses were disguised by splitting the house into two wings, recessing the house to the site and found nearly half of the partial basement. Plans to create a page-split, the eastern wing to give privacy from Highway One and the buffer wing northwest winds. secondary space is located in the basement and borrowed a light from above through three steps.
