In the natural area between Amsterdam, Amstelveen and Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, located Kostverlorenkade; island measuring 1200m2. Here, the VMX build a 500m2 house. The starting point for the concept is the perception of the landscape, the tall buildings away from the Zuid As and Rembrandt Tower and the view from the plane trip to and from Schiphol. The living room and kitchen are arranged in space such as on the first floor apartment. The more intimate bedroom area and bathroom located on the ground floor, oriented to the park at the rear. basement contains additional programs such as fitness rooms and home theaters.
