September 15th, 2010 - Posted in Design And Concept, Interior DesignsThe owner of this building is a frequent traveler to Thailand and Cambodia, who desired a unified expression of the views of Southeast Asia with modern contemporary aesthetics. The approach was to include a rich natural materials, indoor-outdoor living and create a dedicated area to display a large collection of artefacts owners. The outside of the house is covered with red mangaris exterior wood cladding, indoor and outdoor spaces flow into one another through a door drawn, full height glass wall, and harmonic materials. (fer) studio Designing extensive exterior and interior remodel and the addition of 1800 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom two story 1980, Äôs house in West Hollywood, California. Finished house is 4500 square feet and includes three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and media rooms and offices. West Hollywood residence is located in the hills above Sunset Boulevard with 180-degree view of Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Brentwood below. The purpose of this extensive remodel and addition is to take advantage of spectacular views and thereby maximize natural light throughout the house two floors. To achieve this, the house is oriented toward the West, with the main bedroom sun soaked South facing, overlooking the backyard pool and outside the Wilshire corridor.
This backyard was covered with bright green vegetation, pool mosaic glass tiles, and large white daybed that connects the pool area with open living and dining room. Now shallow, kidney-shaped swimming pool that is redesigned to include jacuzzi and 3, in a wading pool for the AU, Äúfloating, AU lounge furniture. Intimate guest sitting room outside the western side of the house and includes a built-in sofa, twin fire pit and white travertine pavers. This makes the outdoor dining room, home, Äôs main dining area. At the entrance of the house, 14, a high AO jewel box full of glass display a floating interior stairs made of reclaimed teak wood 100 years old, glasses, and black stole. Outside the custom-made spin-shape and surface-bonded steel door, interior bright, clean and open-concept. Off the main room, a door of the convent of the 300 + year slide opens in South East Asia to the office and ground floor powder room leads into the bathroom and wardrobe. Powder room is defined by a stainless steel fixture that is placed on the old walls that emphasize a single Asian antique desk with a granite basin. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the master, living room and children, Äôs room and 2.5 bathrooms. Windowed master bedroom includes gas fireplace with granite mantle that linear smooth relationship with 100% silk rug that reflects the marble of granite. Luxury bathroom actually inserts the jade, from the floor to the tub. Next door, the kids who are different, Äôs bathroom features neo-metro apple green resin sink. More
