Design incubator that is used as a Theater Production design of this project Alan Lu explores the idea of extremism in the programmatic design incubator facility in which a character must be the center that contains a vertically integrated manufacturing / workloft settings and recoups vacancies occupy the void left by the existing ice storage facilities .
