Elegant design expresses the artistic personality of the couple’s funny that live here. This young couple who want space to work for their busy lifestyle. They work from home but love to entertain so that their homes needed to have a professional feel while maintaining their funny side. The apartment is situated in the heart of Downtown Miami and the financial district overlooking the Miami River and The Miami Skyline. Being in the center of the city has allowed this new urban to use their small space in full. This apartment has a bold color scheme includes black cloth wall that serves as an anchor for living space. The design was motivated by a strong contrast and bold color. Furniture is an eclectic mix of old pieces, new pieces, hand me downs, flea market finds, and specially made pieces. The “coffee table book” is just a pile of books with the couple’s favorite piece of glass on top. Great artwork on the back of the sofa is ERREZ original design. It was created specifically for the space with re-meaning old paint chips. Statue of straw in another hallway ERREZ original design featuring hand-stitched hundreds of drinking straws together. Errez designs to see art in everyday objects. The room was accessorized with a mixture of things including pillows rower in classic camel back sofa, a collection of vintage crystal candelabras, and an extensive collection of books mate. In the dining room a romantic vintage chandelier, the couple inherited the crown of the table. The bedroom has a pallet quieter than the living room while still flowing well. One of the challenges of small spaces is that the bedroom would be visible from the living room. This should go in without screaming “bedroom.” The mirror cabinets are used to reflect the focus point home and make the room feel spacious.
